Welcome to the Spring 2011  edition of Oink!

After what seemed like a never ending winter, spring has finally sprung! We were delighted to be nominated again for the Countryside Alliance Local Food Award and thrilled to learn that we had won the award for the Wessex region for the second time! Thank you very much to those customers who nominated us, winning the award gives the whole team here a great boost and spurs us on to improve further! Talking of improving you will have noticed that we have been building again! We are adding an extension to the front of the café to include an outside decked area for alfresco dining in the summer. We hope to have the extension complete by mid April. We are holding our first tasting day of the year on Friday 15th April and will be celebrating the opening of the café extension – we hope to see you all there!
